These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of this application (the “App”) operated by AEDANI Studio AS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for the purpose of scheduling and managing content for the developer’s personal TikTok account. This App is a personal productivity tool and is not a public service, marketplace, or social media platform.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed solely to help the developer plan, schedule, and organize content for the developer’s own TikTok account. The App may allow the developer to draft posts, set scheduling times, review content calendars, or otherwise prepare content for publishing.

The App is not intended to be used as a general-purpose TikTok management platform for third parties, businesses, or multiple user accounts unless expressly authorized by the developer.

2. Account and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any content scheduled or published through the App is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the developer’s TikTok account. This includes:

• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.
• Having the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for all uploaded content.
• Ensuring that any posted content does not violate privacy, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.
• Reviewing scheduled content before publication to confirm it is correct and complete.

The developer is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of content created by third parties, uploaded by users, or scheduled through the App, except where the developer is directly responsible for creating or approving that content.

3. TikTok Platform Rules

Use of the App must comply with TikTok’s terms of service, community guidelines, platform rules, and any additional restrictions imposed by TikTok or the developer’s TikTok account settings.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. It is simply a tool used to assist with scheduling and managing content for a personal account.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

The App may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or interrupted from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, account restrictions, platform changes, or other reasons. The developer does not guarantee continuous or error-free access.

5. Data and Privacy

The developer may collect, store, and process information necessary to operate the App, including content metadata, scheduling details, account information, and related logs. Any data handling is subject to the developer’s privacy policy and applicable law.

The developer does not promise the confidentiality, security, or permanence of any data or content, and users should not upload sensitive or confidential information unless they are comfortable with the associated risks.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, branding, and content, remains the property of the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the App or its materials without permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Any content created by the developer or provided to the App remains the property of the rights holder, subject to the applicable terms of the content owner and the relevant platform policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or platform-related restrictions or suspensions.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

The developer may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including misuse, security concerns, account issues, or violation of these Terms.

The developer may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be resolved through the applicable courts in that jurisdiction.
